MEGA programs are designed to develop and refine goaltending skills in a challenging and purposeful environment. The dynamic staff includes multiple collegiate goalie coaches who strive to ensure every student receives a quality experience. MEGA programs convey the most current methods of goaltending and afford you the time and repetitions to discover which methods work best for you. In addition, MEGA coaches are passionate about instilling the type of mental skills that serve you well in the crease, and later in life.
Schwan Super Rink, National Sports Center
Age Groups: Mite/U8, Squirt/U10, 1st Year Peewee/U12
Description: Attention to detail and quality repetition will be focus for each goaltender in the most complete five day camp available anywhere! MEGA’s Fundamentals Camp will bring every goaltender the opportunity to refine their skills in a positive and purposeful environment.
Camp Details: Each week will include 5 hours of on-ice instruction with a 3:1 goalie to coach ratio. In addition the camp includes 10 hours of Goalie Specific Off-Ice Training in the Herb Brooks Training Center and 5 hours of Goalie Center Training using our instant video analysis program. In addition each goaltender will receive a camp handbook, a Goalie Mindset Seminar and camp jersey.

ST. CLOUD CAMP
St. Cloud MAC Arena
Age Groups: Mite/Squirts U8/U10 and Peewee/Bantam U12/U14
Description: Learning how to train and taking goalie specific skills and concepts into a challenging environment will be the focus of this 5 day camp.
Camp Details: This week will include 5 hours of on-ice instruction with a 3:1 goalie to coach ratio. In addition the camp includes 40 minutes of goalie specific off-ice training each day. Goalies will learn a variety of off-ice training skills including stretching, warm-up/cool-downs, hand-eye agility drills and foot speed and agility. Each goaltender will also receive a camp jersey.
